The setup fee includes

The monthly fee covers
- Keeping the site safe and up to date
- Fixing anything that breaks
- Email support, answered within one working day
- New features as they are built, at no extra cost
- Upgrades to new versions
Hosting is included up to 500,000 visitors a month. Above that we agree a price based on your traffic. ID checks cost $0.03 each, and only when one actually runs. The web address is the only thing you buy yourself, from any registrar. Extra languages, features built to order and moving an existing site across are quoted separately.
